• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. • If any cancellation or no-show fees remain unpaid, future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid in full. • Please let me know if you are running late. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. • If you choose not to pay these fees, you will be banned from booking future appointments until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
